Whether you're looking for a postcard or a fine work of art, you'll find it in one of our unique shops. Open all season, we offer locally handcrafted works as well as a wide variety of gifts and souvenirs.
Wheelchairs are available on site, free of charge. There are few spots and rides in the Parks that are not wheelchair accessible, and of these, most are natural limitations. Our staff receive awareness training to various challenges and we continue to improve service as concerns become evident.
Strollers are available for rent at the public relations booth in the Admissions Building.
Pay phones are located at three sites in the Park for your convenience, in the Admissions Building, in the courtyard, and in the public washrooms across from the carousel.
Qualified First Aid Personnel are on duty at all times at the First Aid Station in the Admissions Building.
Upper Clements Parks has Security Staff on duty at all times to aid you with any concern or questions you might have. Security is stationed in the Admissions Building and on the parks' grounds.
Parking spaces are located near the Admissions Building, including handicapped and seniors parking. All parking is free.
Upper Clements Parks accepts Cash, Visa and Mastercard, and has Interact. An ATM is located in the Admissions Building.
Upper Clements Parks offers Customer Service Information centres to assist visitors with all their Park information needs. Location maps are posted by the paddleboats, near the waterslide entrance, at Ingles Farm Market and the Loose Caboose Store. Park maps are available in the Admissions Building.
Public washrooms are located in the Admissions Building, in the courtyard, across from the carousel and near the Amphitheatre. A family washroom and mother's room is located directly across from the Pulley Swings.
Guests are invited to bring their basket and have lunch at any of the picnic tables in the apple orchard located at the Parks' entrance or enjoy the beautiful Upper Clements Provincial Picnic Park located next door. Corporate picnics, family reunions and other large groups welcome. Ask about group rates for 20 or more people.
Lost and found items can be reported at Customer Service locations. Items can be claimed up to one week after the last day the Park is open for the season by calling 1-888-248-4567.
Local kennels are available, call us for more details. NO PETS ARE PERMITTED in the Parks.
Towels are sold and locker rentals are available at the Waterslide area.
